The Training Coalition is a unique and voluntary partnership created by the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT), the Community Transportation Association of the Northwest (CTA-NW), the Washington State Transit Association (WSTA), the Washington State Transit Insurance Pool (WSTIP), and Eastern Washington University Northwest Tribal Technical Assistance Program (EWU NW). These partners work cooperatively to identify, develop, and coordinate training programs for public, tribal, private, profit, and nonprofit transportation agencies.

The WSTTC is sponsored by the Washington State Department of Transportation with federal funds from the Federal Transit Administration's Rural Transit Assistance Program (RTAP).

The WSTTC Board meets quarterly on the 2nd Wednesday of January, April, July, and October.

Meetings begin at 10:00am and are located in the WSTIP Board Room located at 2629 12th Ct SW in Olympia.
